The AmphiSense™ SARS-CoV-2 Panel A is an RT-qPCR assay designed for qualitative multiplex in-vitro assessment of  SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid. With select viral transport media, no extraction is required- saving both time and cost. Compatible with a wide range of thermal cyclers and robotic liquid handlers.

Direct:

8-16 copies/µl 

Recommended:

40 cycles using default ramp rates. Total cycling time approximately 70 sec.

1. RT Incubation 50°C 15 min

2. Enzyme Activation 95°C 2 min

3. Amplification: 40 cycles (95°C 3s, 60°C 30s)
