qPCR differentiation of 34 vaginal microbiota and 3 antibiotic resistance genes

The Amur Vaginal Microbiota Panel A, v1.0 is design for qualitative multiplex in-vitro nucleic acid amplification to profile various vaginal microbiota as well as a few common antibiotic resistance genes. DNA from microbes is generally detectable by samples from swabs during the acute phase of infection. Samples are commonly stored in microbial transport media (MTM).
