Antibiotic Resistance Gene Detection

Pongo Antibiotic Resistance Panel A

qPCR differentiation of 24 antibiotic resistance genes

The Pongo Antibiotic Resistance Panel A is designed for qualitative multiplex in vitro nucleic acid amplification to detect various antibiotic resistance genes found in bacteria. When combined with the SeqOnce Glyphis wound panel or the SeqOnce Lioness UTI panel the combo provides a quick and comprehensive tool to assess time sensitive infections. The panel is designed to be easily run on the same extracted sample as the pathogen detection panels for a simple one step process.
