The Lioness Urinary Tract Microbiota Panel A, v3.0 is designed for qualitative multi-plex in-vitro assessment of common urinary tract microbiota using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye.
