The Amur Women’s Health (WH) Vaginal Microbiota Panel A is designed for qualitative multiplex in vitro nucleic acid amplification to detect vaginal microbiota and select antibiotic resistant genes. This comprehensive panel includes sexually transmitted pathogens and a selection of the most common pathogenic yeast species. This panel also includes naturally occurring bacterial flora to assess overall vaginal health and pathogenic bacteria associated with vaginosis.
