The Amur Sexually Transmitted Microbiota Panel A, v2.0 is designed for qualitative multi-plex in vitro assessment of common sexually transmitted microbiota using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye.
