The Amphisense SARS-CoV-2 Panel A is an RT-qPCR assay designed for qualitative multiplex in vitro detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid.
Positive controls for each target and the internal control are included in the kit at approximately 10,000 copies/µL.
Amplification reagents not included. See table below, or the Amplification Master Mix product page for recommended Amplification kits.
Compatible with nucleic acid extraction methods designed to extract high quality RNA from viruses present in human nasopharyngeal swab or sputum samples. Performance to be verified by individual user.
Multiplex panel consists of a single tube with targets in FAM, HEX, and ROX fluorophores.
