The Amur CT-NG Panel is a RT-qPCR assay designed for qualitative multiplex in vitro detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis.
Positive controls for each target and the internal control are included in the kit at approximately 10,000 copies/µL.
