The Amur HPV Mini Panel is designed for qualitative multiplex in vitro detection of 3 high risk strains of human papillomavirus. The three strains included are HPV 16, 18, and 45 which account for up to 94% of all HPV-related cervical adenocarcinomas. This is multiplexed in an easy to use, single tube format with built in human extraction control. This assay is compatible with any high-quality viral DNA extraction method from appropriate human sample types. The targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye and is compatible with a wide array of instruments.
