The Glyphis Wound Panel A is designed for qualitative, multiplex in vitro nucleic acid amplification to detect pathogenic microbes found in infected wounds. This panel includes yeast as well as both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria and gives rapid insight into difficult to grow and slow growing organisms. When combined with the SeqOnce Pongo antibiotic resistance gene panel the combo provides a quick and comprehensive tool to assess time sensitive infections.
