qPCR profiling of 24 common urinary tract microbiota

The Lioness Urinary Tract Microbiota Panel A is designed for qualitative multiplex in vitro detection of common urinary tract pathogens using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via a fluorescent dye. The panel consists of the 20 most common bacterial species and 4 yeast species associated with UTIs. When combined with the SeqOnce Pongo antibiotic resistance gene panel it provides a quick and comprehensive assessment of disease status.
